WORKOUT #11

Exactly 3:30pm, I started running…when the oval sprinters saw me pass them by again and again, somebody shouted ‘give way to the jogger’…

Looking at them…I witness how fast they are. They really are running at high speed. But no more than 100 meters.

Anyways, here’s how my run looked like:

Set #1
05:48.5 first 800 meters
05:53.1 second 800 meters
09:00.7 1200 meters
11:54.1 1600 meters
04:25.4 cooldown walk for 400 meters
break for 10 minutes (re.fuel, re.hydrate)

Set #2
04:30.2 warm-up walk 400 meters
05:58.0 first 800 meters
06:00.6 second 800 meters
08:56.9 1200 meters
11:07.4 1600 meters
04:37.6 cooldown walk for 400 meters

Total Run: 8.8 KMS.

Reading between the lines…you know what this is all about. 11 for a start. 🙂
