Run EASY

We have exactly 61 days before the big event. Mileage should have gone from good to better by now. All areas of training should have been covered by now – but more importantly is the pacing. Practice runs should be forthcoming. However, it’s best to take caution.

How do we do that?

Run easy.

There’s really no need to rush if you are just training for mileage. Unless you are training for speed – then, that’s a different story. Come race day, we shall all be subjected to a great test of endurance and mastery of paces.

Let’s all hope that we are able to do what we have planned, all for the glory of God.
